Here's the list of GRAMP and MAROC events in and around Aberdeen and Deeside. Full details for each event will be posted nearer the time (or if it's a Maroc event you'll be routed to their website.)
Don't forget that MOR, BASOC and INVOC will also be putting on events a little further afield if you fancy making a day or a weekend of it - check Score/Telegramp/SOA website for these.

Unless indicated otherwise (e.g. night O), all our events have courses suitable for families and beginners and we try to have someone on hand to explain what to do, how to read the map etc if you need help and advice to get started. Check the details for each event for what courses are on offer, where to park, start times etc.

Grampian Orienteers Aberdeen Aberdeenshire Huntly Stonehaven Scotland Orienteering Events Fixtures

Travel directions: Signposted off the A90 at Balmedie north of Aberdeen. Follow the tourist signs to Balmedie Country Park, turn right at the mini-roundabout at the park entrance and follow the road south to the grass carpark.

Courses: White, Yellow, Orange, Light green, Green, Blue, Brown
Registration: 10:30 - 12:30   Starts: 11:00 - 13:00   Courses close: 15:00
£6/£4 Senior  £2.50 Junior

Terrain: Shorter/easier courses will use the network of paths and boardwalks threading through the dunes, longer/more technical courses will make the most of the complex contour detail in the dunes themselves.
